“I was on the Franklin D. Roosevelt Aircraft carrier from February of 1965 to February of 1967, things were getting very heated. We traveled around the cape of Good Hope, the trip took about 14 days if I remember correctly. We stopped once we were in the Gulf of Tonkin”

“What did you do on the ship?”

“I worked arresting gear number 2, we were responsible for catching the planes as they landed, some came in fine, others covered in bullet holes.”

“Do you remember how you got this?”

“No, I don’t remember when or how I got that money, but I’m glad I did, it’s interesting ”

“Do you know how much this is worth today? Take a guess.”

“My guess is that it’s near worthless.”

“Its worth two U.S. Pennies.”
